Why Did God Create Grandma? This Little Boy Has The Internet Laughing At His Answer.

The majority of parents will say that grandparents typically play a very different role in children’s lives compared to parents. It’s not very unexpected, considering that grandparents don’t need to be as hands-on in the daily care of kids. They only have the opportunity to pamper them and have a great time!

Raising children can be challenging and grandparents, with their own parenting experience, may have valuable advice to share. However, their role is not to act as the parent. Although parents may need to enforce rules, grandparents always have the choice to be the supportive ones.

Psychology Today states that grandmothers have distinct motives for their behaviors compared to parents.

Being older, they have mellowed in their parenting approach and disciplinary role. As they are not the main caregiver, they put extra effort into parenting. They see this as an opportunity to have a second chance at raising children.

However, when the next generation comes, grandparents are usually not asked to handle their grandchildren at their most difficult moments. They are not obligated to act as strict enforcers, allowing them to be more forgiving. After successfully raising children with difficulty and great responsibility, they can now relax and appreciate the charming things grandchildren do and say, without the usual stresses of parenting. Their role is simpler, less demanding, and less strenuous.

By the end of the day, children are not concerned about these things – they simply enjoy being with their grandparents. The small child shown in this video has a straightforward nature.
